Zelle platform errors

Our Zelle account (email: alazharcarmel@gmail.com) appears to have some kind of an error where it is autorejecting the donations. We understand this is frustrating for you as much as it is for us (maybe for us a bit more!), so please bear with us as we figure out the issues with our bank and elevate the issue with Zelle to come to a resolution.

In the meantime, we have found out that a 2nd attempt seems to send the payment through. So please consider giving it a 2nd try to see if it works. Thank you so much for your patience, your commitment to AAF, and may Allah reward you all.
